Besides being located in one of the most colorful areas of Costa Rica, surrounded by an impressive scenic view, we also have the privilege of being located in an area where the agricultural and livestock business is of the highest quality and abundance.

We blend in our menu the ingredients grown in the region. We buy them fresh from small, local farmers who also grow many of them organically.

Heart of palm, yucca, pejibaye, plantain, banana, pineapple and strawberries, are among the products of best quality in the area. For this reason we have incorporated them in our menu in the form of fresh salads, delicious sauces and exquisite desserts. The juiciest steaks come from the best cuts of beef cattle raised on pastures. Pork and the juiciest chicken are provided by local farmers. These products come from animals that have been raised with natural products and free of hormones. This is also true for the tilapia we get from our neighbors.

In some of our recipes you will find both, a variety of fresh cheeses from the area, and proof of the great diversity of vegetables and legumes you can find. We tie them in our salads and side dishes.

We hope that as you taste our menu, you will find in our courses the love and dedication that we have put into the selection of our products, their preparation and their presentation.

Our Chef Millo has 20 year learning experience and trained by the best chefs in Costa Rica resulting in a vast expertise which he projects in his original creations of Costa Rican “Nouveau Cuisine”, along with his skills on the grill for the best beef in the area.
